Store Pickup

How do I know when my order is ready?

• When you pay for your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation right away.
• A second email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
• Emails come from Friends CHPL Online Book Store (online-store@friendschpl.org). If you do not see it, check your Spam or Gmail Promotions.

When can I pick up my order?

• Order pickup is available Thursdays and Saturdays from 11am to 1pm.
• If you are not able to pick up your order during scheduled pickup times, get in touch with us at online-store@friendschpl.org and we will make other pickup arrangements with you.

Where do I pick up my order?

• Pick up your order just inside the lower level entrance of Chapel Hill Public Library.
• Directions:
  • Turn into Library Drive and look for the staff parking lot sign on your left.
  • Turn into the lot, park in a reserved spot (signs will mark where spots are).
  • Follow the signs to store pickup.

Do I need to bring my order email?

• No! All you need is your name to pick up your order.
• A friend or relative can pick up your order for you.

How long do I have to pick up my order?

• We will hold the books for you until you can pick them up.
• If it is going to be more than a month, please let us know.
